Important: These constants apply to all the components in the group. This can be verified by right-clicking each cell.

• Bond Weight, [material type] to [material type] This option specifies a unit weight (mass per area) of the bond interface area. The value applied depends on the material types being bonded (e.g. laminate to honeycomb vs. laminate to foam) as well as the area of the bond.
• Wrinkling Eqn 1 Coefficient, k1 (unstiffened) Defines k₁ constant for wrinkling analysis. See Wrinkling.
• Wrinkling Eqn 2 Coefficient, k2 (unstiffened) Defines k₂ constant for wrinkling analysis. See Wrinkling.
• Honeycomb Core Angle (unstiffened) Angle of honeycomb with respect to the x-axis.
• Dimpling Coefficient (unstiffened) Knockdown factor applied to the final margin of safety of the dimpling analysis.
• Weight per fastener (corrugated & uniaxial) For fastened panels, this defines the mass of the fastener. The number of fasteners depends on the length of the panel and the following options.
• Longitudinal fastener spacing (corrugated & uniaxial) Number of fasteners per unit length along the x-direction.
• Number of fasteners per flange (corrugated & uniaxial)Number of fasteners attached to a flange along the y-direction. This value will impact the assumed width of the local buckling spans used to computed local buckling margins.
• Fillet Radius & Light Hole Diameter (grid) See Grid Stiffened Panel Family.
• Tapered Tube Joint Diameter, Length, & EI (circular) See Circular Beam Family.

For the unstiffened family, this defines an adhesive material of constant thickness. All adhesives must be isotropic materials.

• Non-Optimum Multiplier on unit weight to account for fasteners, non-structural pieces, etc.
• Added Weight Additional unit weight. Mass per area for panels and mass per length for beams.
