The top flange width variable for a hat panel W_t is the summation of the two top flanges and not just one side.

Options

• Link flange and web thickness For continuous materials, specify that the thickness of the flange, web, and crown are equal.
• Link facesheet materials For sandwich concepts, apply the top facesheet materials to the bottom facesheet. Bottom facesheet material selections are ignored. The resulting materials will always be equivalent.
• Link material for facesheets and core For all concepts, link all material selections to the top facesheet. Core and bottom material selections are ignored. The resultant materials will be equivalent.
• Link layups/thicknesses (requires material linking) For continuous materials with material linking, require that the thicknesses are equal.
