About Load Cases

A load case is a linear combination of load sets (subcases). Load cases are analyzed during sizing and analysis (not load sets). See Load Cases tab.

During analysis, each active load case is analyzed. Load cases can be deactivated on the Load Cases Edit dialog.
Each load set in a load case has an optional multiplier associated with it. This is similar to the Nastran subcom feature.
During load set import, load cases are automatically created.

Important: During analysis, load cases are analyzed, not load sets (subcases).
