Opening the Design Criteria Form

In the "Assembly" group of the Home tab click the Design Criteria drop-down button.

The visibility of the Design Criteria button is dependent on the assembly material mode, analysis mode, and concept.

Select your starting tab (Ply Angles, Layup Rules, etc.)

The visibility of the starting tabs is dependent on the assembly material mode, analysis mode, and concept.

In the database explorer, select Preferences | Design Criteria.

The design criteria form opens. All panel/beam concepts and all variables are exposed.

Make changes and click OK.

These settings will be used whenever a new assembly is created.
