Number of component limit?

My model has 4018 components.  It doesn't analyze  it due to memory.  Is too much?  or if there is other way around it?  I try to increase virtual memory, but it doesn't help.  If there is other solution please help.

You can try increasing the Max Locks setting in the registry.
