Title: Can HyperSizer be used from a MAC, Unix or Linux computer?
Post by: HyperSizer Moderator on May 05, 2008, 02:54:35 PM
USING EMULATION: HyperSizer has been successfully installed and used on MAC computers. However, due to the operating system emulation, HyperSizer runs much slower on a MAC than on a PC. The slow down will also be apparent running on Unix with PC emulation.

USING VIRTUALIZATION:  HyperSizer has been successfully installed on Linux computers with Virtualization of the Windows Operating system using programs such as VMWare or Virtual Box.  However, these environments do not natively support the HyperSizer DirectX graphics.  To use the HyperSizer graphics a third party DirectX graphics emulation is required.

USING TERMINAL SERVICES: The HyperSizer license for a node locked computer does not allow HyperSizer to run over Terminal Services from a different computer.
