Title: How to set PSHELLs as format for exported BDF?
Post by: RayGrenoble on April 07, 2015, 04:40:04 PM
I am sizing up a model made of composite monocoque and sandwich structure. I want to size the model using effective laminates.

I reading the final .PM file into another program, which has the capability to read PSHELLs and MAT2s.

How do I force Hypersizer to write PSHELLs/MAT2s in lieu of PCOMPS?

Ray,

The latest version of HyperSizer will always export the most descriptive property available to describe the panel concept. So HyperSizer will always export PCOMP properties for solid laminates and honeycomb sandwich panels.

There is no longer a way to export PSHELLSs/MAT2 cards for composite monocoque and sandwich structure.
