Hypersizer V5.6.38

Note: Hypersizer is a single bolt analysis. The user must determine the maximum bolt load in the component prior to analysis.

Bypass Load (Project) - The bypass loads for all load conditions are embedded in the Hypersizer database. The user is not required to manually enter data.

Bypass Load (Workspace) - Enter the fastener hole bypass load Nx, Ny and Nxy in the project sizing FBD TAB. Ensure the load factors are consistent with the user entry.

Fastener Load - The fastener load is a manual input on Project sizing form object loads TAB. The user will also enter the fastener diameter and the angle of the applied load. The user will input fastener loads for all components that require a BJSM analysis.

Collier may evaluate future options for an  automated fastener load entry feature.
