How does Hypersizer position itself against Altair's OptiStruct or FE Design's Tosca Structure or AlphaStar (Genoa) software?

*** those other products are FEA based formal optimization tools. Good for aeroelastic optimization of wing stiffness, etc. They are global optimization. Atair does do parts, such as brackets etc. HyperSizer is completely different. Its meant to do local sizing of each cross sectional dimension of a stiffend and sandwich panels, concurrently with material selection, and layup, etc. It also does final margins-of-safety of many of the analyses required for FAA certification, including automatically writing the stress report.
