Setting Project SI vs English Units
« on: September 19, 2008, 09:04:35 AM »
1) When trying to make a model using SI units, I followed the steps on Page 77 of the User Material Manager Manual. But I am not sure where to specify that the dimension that I eneter in sizing Form-->Variables  section,  are in say mm. Would you explain?

Open the Project Setup form (or for a workspace, open the Workspace Setup form) and go to the Options tab.  You can set the units for temperature, length, force, mass, etc. on this form and then press the Save button.  From this point forward, all units for this project or workspace will be listed in the unit system that you specified on this form.
