List of component IDs

Hello,

Currently HyperSizer does not support the use of a second colon in a list of component IDs to signify 'by', such as 1:9:2, rather than 1,3,5,7,9. This is the standard Patran way of compressing a list of IDs. In our scripts to generate a list of component IDs for a given component, we have to fully expand the list as above.
