hypersizer vs isight

HyperSizer Programming Customization: support excel   mathcad  matlab and model center.

about Isight software is also ok??  support it?

I have not used iSight, but I believe that iSight works with all sorts of programming environments - Python, MATLAB, Excel, etc. You could write a Python/MATLAB/Excel script that runs HyperSizer. You could then run that script within iSight.
