this case is few. but if the distribution load are from x and y direction at the same time. how to do it?

HyperSizer only allows a distributed beam load in the local Z direction.
To account for a distributed load in the Y direction, I suggest calculating equivalent M2 moments and apply them at the ends of the beam.
