Dear All,

First of all, Thank James, Ryan and Phil for your reply.

When I use laminate form to design laminate plate with different angles and materials, if the material is Tape, EL cant be saved, a error will be showed. please see below picture.

the material is Fiber, ISOtropic, it is ok.

This is a bug that has to do with laminate allowables that are being copied from the source orthotropic material system. When you are creating the Effective laminate, The temperature specified on the laminate analysis form is not consistent with the temperature for which the laminate allowables are stored in the material. There are two workarounds:

1. When creating the effective laminate, set the reference temperature on the laminate analysis form equal to a reference temperature stored for the source orthrotropic material.

2. Use the composites form to create effective laminates. http://hypersizer.com/help/index.php#Form-Composites/comp-01-gen_el.php  This is the more desirable way to generate many effective laminates for an entire assembly.

Let me know if this solves the problem.
