I am having a problem increasing my candidate designs.

says that I should be able to increase my designs to about 2.5million. However, when I change the settings in the back door data, it still doesn't allow more than 100k.

Is this feature functioning in 5.8.11?

Hi Bryan,

This capability is functional in version 5.8.11 if you installed HyperSizer to the default folder:

C:\Program Files\HyperSizer

If you chose a different location, then it doesn't work.

This limitation has been fixed and will be available in Version 5.9.

I am using Hypersizer version 6.2.46.
When I try to optimize the angle-grid stiffened panel family I get the same issue even after modifying the backdoor data of the project.
It tells me that unless I modify the parameters for >100000 designs the program will not be able to calculate anything.
Are you familiar with this issue in the mentioned version?

I have not been able to repeat this error. I've tried modifying the limit number of candidate designs for the project and as a default value. It seems to be working for all Grid Stiffened panels. Remember, the project value only modifies the current project.

Try modifying the "default" value.
