Yes Hypersizer can plot the stress , strain and displacement at the hole (Hypersizer V5.6.38)

Execute a component BJSFM analysis

In the graphics window click the "Window" icon

Then click "show component hole deformation"

Then select stress, strain or deformation

The plot is shown in the graphics window on the  LHS
