Atair does do parts, such as brackets etc. HyperSizer is completely different. Its meant to do local sizing of each cross sectional dimension of a stiffend and sandwich panels, concurrently with material selection, and layup, etc. It also does final margins-of-safety of many of the analyses required for FAA certification, including automatically writing the stress report.
